My Equity Comp is a professional consulting organization that provides services and products to private and public companies who maintain equity compensation programs for their employees. Our consultants are familiar with all of the largest equity compensation applications and are able to help corporate clients with a variety of database needs. We also help with implementation of new vendors or services and educate clients in the industry or specifically how to use their software for maintenance of their stock plans.

Our firm, since its establishment in 2005, has flourished year after year. Our headquarters is located in Folsom, CA but we provide services to companies all over the country with a variety of different equity compensation projects.

Over the last several years, My Equity Comp has established itself as the leader in Section 6039 IRS Form Filing and mass mailing services amongst its peers. In addition to offering an array of training and database consulting services, My Equity Comp also provides stock administration services to companies who need temporary help or are looking to outsource the stock administration function on a longer-term basis. We can also work with companies to create custom technical solutions to meet their specific equity compensation needs.
