What is the deadline to file with the IRS?

Under Internal Revenue Code Section 6039, companies must furnish employee statements by January 31 of the year following the transaction. For filing with the Internal Revenue Service, paper returns are due by February 28, and electronic submissions by March 31, of the year following the transaction.
